About The Dreamy Tentz Process

We start with the inquiry form, and schedule a consult call. During the consult call we will go over your child's wants for the perfect party. This can include themes, colors, activities and more. After the consult call, our team will prepare a proposal and send over for final approval. After contract signature we schedule a site visit to confirm spacing and layout. Two weeks prior to the event we prepare a mock up of the bed setting, and confirm everything. Day of the event our team shows up and creates magic! We prefer to have a minimum of 4 hours before start time of event to set up, clean and show how to use our digital photo booth. We coordinate the pick up time of all party items the day after the event.
